Community Social Services was founded by Jonathan Lapika, a public-policy professional committed to inclusive services for Mainers. Community Social Services  envision a future where every individual with intellectual disabilities and Autism is valued, included, and empowered to live a fulfilling life within their community. The word “RISE” is spelled out in the Community Social Services values, we work to rise the level of care and services received by our clients in order to help them reach meaningful goals. We work to provide the same quality of care for the individuals we serve that we would want for our loved ones.
